Dear customers,

On the evening of 11/8 and during early morning hours of 11/9, we will be performing scheduled maintenance across our infrastructure.

The following will be performed: 

- All virtual machines will be upgraded to a new range of cutting-edge hypervisors. Configurations specific to each virtual machine will not change, meaning that everything within your server will stay as is. However, the backend infrastructure hosting your server will substantially improve.

- Security software will be updated and we will ensure our systems remain as secure as always.

- Due to ARIN regulations, our IP ranges will be renumbered.

If you're not currently using our nameservers and are self-managing DNS, we will send you an additional email after the maintenance window with the new IP so you can update your DNS records. We will automatically forward traffic from your old IP to your new IP until the DNS change has taken effect, so your website will continue to function normally in the meantime.

During the maintenance window, which will take place outside of business hours, there might be up to 60 minutes of downtime. We will do everything within our reach to minimize that as much as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you're on a dedicated server, you're not affected by this maintenance window.
