We have resolved the issue that may have caused impact to your services and believe all service levels are now restored. A detailed RFO will be available within 72 hours


Update (2:10 AM EST):

The estimated time of repair has changed as one of the splice crews are having trouble with the ribbon fibers aligning correctly. The revised estimated time of repair is 04:30 AM EST. Currently, the repair crew is manually splicing single fibers, however we have dispatch a second repair crew to come and assist. Additional updates will be provided when available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but the fiber repair is continuing to take longer than expected. At this time we do not have an estimated time of repair. We will provide an update as soon as a new ETR has been determined.

Update:

Fiber repairs are now estimated to be completed by 12:15 AM U.S. EST

UPDATE:

The datacenter has informed us that a fiber line has been reported damaged and is being repaired. ETA is less than an hour

NETWORKING ISSUE

Some IP ranges/dedicated servers are experiencing networking issues. We are aware of the issues and our datacenter has notified us they're aware of the issue and engineers are working on it
